Every prez since Truman worked to defeat communism. Don't lie about it. Berlin wall happened to fall while Ron was in office but the soviet Empire had been rotting for quite a while as a result of concerted efforts by prresidents of both parties. BTW its interesting now that the market and economy are a mess people call it a result of the Clinton bubble. When things were good during his terms it was said to be a result of reagan bush. You can carry on your own delusions about these things but don't lie to others about them.
