DUH wasn't Clinton in office after the fall of communism in Russia? And if you predicted this market then it reflects your realization of W's haplessness when it comes to the economy. He and his crew are truly incompetent. I believe there are three truly good people in his administration. Powell Sr, Rummy and O'neil. Unfortunately ony Powell is really good at his job. Rummy still wants to fight the cold war and O'Neil, while I believe a man of principle, doesn't know a damn thing about the economy.
