People who expect 100% accuracy are predisposed to madness in the stock market. It's true that Bob was way too tentative about calling a bear, a bear. It took him months to use the word "bear". Of course, no one knew for months if it was a real bear or just another correction. The fact is, that Bob called it by changing his allocation long before anyone knew it was a bear. Name one other person that did the same.

Now, you can say he called a 65% bear. But that's like saying the glass is 65% empty. Are you one of those?
