Thank you for asking. The simple answer was the Fannie Mae study released at noon today by "Harvard" saying that the Housing bubble was just hunkee dooree and really not a bubble and that trees (when they are chopped down and turned into houses) really do grow to the sky.

The more complex answer is the evisceration of the Glass Steagall act, brought to you by those same wonderful folks who brought you Enron, only this time it is much, much bigger.
