You assume there are physical causes of criminality. I don't assume that. I'm just offering the opportunity to study it and see. Right now we don't have the data or the opportunity to get it. The criminals would also be available for psychological study. Sentencing agreements could include anything of value that the criminal has to contribute toward making amends.
