I agree re the "no evil conspiracy" comment, but I do think there's a pretty obvious bias in the business press to sensationalize any negatives and paint it as the next Enron, and in the ratings agencies to downgrade first and ask questions later (fear of being behind the curve again and wanting to look tough in hope of restoring their credibility).

I think even that's extreme. Its simple.....the onus is on WCOM to prove itself and most people believe it can't pull it off. Time will tell if they are correct. And we are gambling they are not[correct].
