Bank want to take over and force the shareholder out. IMHO. The company is very weak now. Banker is the boss.

As of 1998, John Sigmore owned 3.5 million shares of WCOM and I am sure that number had grown. He has a vested interest in keeping WCOM out of the banks and BK.
