Hi John,

As I've said earlier, I believe the ipo will help cit much more so than tyc. CIT will be able to get back on its feet once its free from tyc...its not nearly as important to cit to get a nice price during the ipo as it is to tyc.

My guess is that the ipo will go very badly and that others will come to the same conclusion soon enough. They won't bother to stick around in tyc knowing that.

You may not see the other bond rating companies downgrade tyc to junk, but even after the ipo I'd be surprised to see any upgrades (under my assumed scenario that is).
