Eric, I feel very very sad about the WCOM news. I now will probably sit at sidelines until the NAZ hits close to 1000. Sooner or later the investors will hold the view that the rapid US economy growth in the past decade was built on massive frauds, regardlessly whether it's deservedly so or not. The congress and justice department need to set laws to prosecute these crooks and send them to jail. The SEC needs to get harsh on these guys to reinstall investors confidence. Probably gold will rule for a while. And it's likely that EURO can have a massive bull run even based on the belief that European companies are much cleaner and their earning qualities are much better than their US counterparts. larry
