Larry I'm sad about WCOM too. They are my long distance provider! We will probably continue to have the knee jerk reactions going forward. Looks like the SEC will be very busy not to mention what Congress will do in the future. Bookkeeping in Europe is not as good as here. I could tell you some horror stories about that..... We are still the best. Although I'm shaking my head.... Eric
