(I have no present economic interest) " Your "prefer" makes it sound like I read some prospectuses, picked up my phone, called my broker, and put some money into one of the companies. Extremely early venture capital doesn't work this way. How it _does_ work has been outlined in dozens of articles. I had known the founders for several years. The company was close enough that I could visit. And so on. "Two. What is the legal "moat" that protects the technology? Is the protected tech in what I call the "repeater"? Is Vista BB merely a Mot reseller? Is Mot itself better protected? " I have no idea whatsoever what you are talking about. "Or is this truly, open source? :)" Huh?
