Roger,
No body in the right mind will think that earnings don't matter to the stock price of any company. I never though that you will twist tyhe facts like that. Earnings are what is driving the price of this stock but not the past or current earnings ( we all know that) but the future earnings. Potential market share, which may be in billions, is what will drive the stock.

Does the dilution matter ? Sure it does. But how significant it is as compared to the potential revenues that the market is counting on ? Not much. So you are right, if MD can generate revenues that we longs expect it to generate then this dilution doesn't matter and if they don't then everything matters. Ofcourse !
