Siebel Systems Pays a Lot, Discloses a Little This is a good article on the executive compensation at Siebel. Items that weren't disclosed until 2002 had a material impact during 2001. Specifically, executive compensation was not disclosed. This article at Bloomberg.com points out some of the glaring omissions. I have a feeling that 2002 will hold more surprises.
