Colorado? <g> I know......and I agree with you that the next move in rates will be down but it wont be tomorrow. It doesn't matter anyhow. It would only matter if people weren't invading their equity. If that were the case then monthly costs would be lowered. But dealers (bankers) are pushing as much cash out the door as they can and the willing drug addicts (spenders) are taking it. Lower debt service only happens if you don't TAKE MORE MONEY! I know you want it folks........but don't take the heroin! The low will be much worse than the temporary high of spending. Its time to kick the "feel good" PC era out the window! It's time to call a spade a spade
