RE: "AMAT-SVGI would make a lovely fit but would just as soon hold on."

I would LOVE to get 0.8 AMAT shares for SVGI shares.

1. It would put the AMAT stamp of approval on SVGI lithography prospects.

2. It would accelerate the ramp up and penetration of SVGI products.

3. AMAT would recieve a higher market multiple on SVGI earnings than SVGI would as an independent.
