Just saw this AH. Notice the partners in the project are ERIN, an international mining company and a Serbian mining company. The government has stepped aside completely here. This is great news and now the only hurdle left are the actual signatures . Given that Erin has received approval for their development plan it is now a formality IMHO. Congrats to all
