Then moved on to a place with more trees. Madison is definitely a party town. When "Animal House" came out they put up a huge tent and held a toga party for 20,000 people. And the mile-long Halloween parties on State Street! I once saw a giant "Puff the Magic Dragon" emitting huge clouds of marijuana smoke, with crowds of people sidling up to get a sniff or two!
