buy and blindly hold does not work At prices like these (below book, near cash value), when fear and panic is reeling in the street, most panicked people's timeframe is 24 hours. At this levels, buy and hold does work. Your time horizon just has to be more than 24 hours, a week or a month. Teleocom bandwidth demand continues to increase. Just as the overshot the top of the bubble, we will undershoot the bottom. That is where we are now. So IMO, buy and hold for 2 years at these levels does work. Unless you think that in 2 years from now, we would have de-evolve and be living in caves again after a nuclear holocaust - at which point money would be irrelevant so who cares. ;-) JMHO
