Leverage and Home Ownership "Most of my fellow workers have no other savings other than their ultramortgaged house..." I think this describes the financial state of many US households. If the house is mortgaged to the hilt they really have no savings. No? How about GOLD reaching 400 by year end. Where else would you want to have some money invested if the dollar is weak?
