Kevin, I've written people in congress in regards to what I believe should be a very strict stand taken on people who are guilty of this kind of thing. I definitely think jail time should be part of it - and not "county club" jail time. Look at how many lives will be severely affected. It's just awful. I would encourage any of you, who are willing to write to the people who represent you in congress, to make your feelings known.
