Ask, and ye shall receive! So, senior management at Worldcom has been revealed in all its crookedness. The only real surprise here should be how stupid these bozos are - capitalizing $4 billion in expenses! Doh! Bernie Ebbers resigned 7 weeks ago - it'll not be enough to keep him out of the slammer, imo. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Worldcom the last of the notorious boffo purchase accounting acquisition machines? We'll no doubt get a nice little washout today. The question the salivating bears need to ask, is - will this bring us closer to a top in stocks and a bottom in gold, or vice versa?
