Scott, since I often talk about market history, the first two paragraphs stood out quite nicely. Same comments I've seen in past boom/bust cycles. As the panic sets in, the bottom is getting close. 64k question is do we get a rebound fairly quickly, or does tech continue a 1983 type downturn, which lasted quite a few years... I do think we are looking at a historic opportunity in telecom for the survivors though.
