Doom and gloom hangs heavy over the stock.

Lets summarize:
- Insiders are selling due to margin calls. I expected this, because we all knew the insiders had bought stock on margin. But isn't this bullish? Insiders buying stock on margin? Seems they thought the future was bright.
- Raised $3M in stock sales. (Has anyone checked whether this is the completion of the Feb/March deal?) I'm assuming that this is new money, so now the company has enough cash and credit line to last at least 8 months, and probably a year. I don't like the fact that they didn't raise more money in March and avoided this fire sale. Just another indicator that this management team isn't very sophisticated at financial management (along with the margin calls).
- More and more indications of shipments to Cisco and Nortel.
- At least some of last Q deferred revenues due to be booked this Q.
- The technical risks that I outlined before seem to be less than I thought.
- Desparate people are bailing out. All the remaining margin calls are being liquidated out now. There shouldn't be any more because the stock probably can't be used for margin purposes anymore.
- Thread participants are turning on each other.

Wow! sounds like a speculative buy to me. I picked up 5000 this morning.
