In the larger scheme, nothing changes my view held now for two years that this will be a 6-10 year bear market that will see numbers that 80% of the bears have not even considered. This is a long road we are on and it won't get worked out today, this summer, or next year.

Having said all that, I am a firm believer that capitulation is required to mark are lasting low. If we put it off this week and next, it'll just come later.
