Oh, I believe we need capitulation, but just not when every reporter, analyst, money manager, and SI poster is using the word in every sentence, mouthed or typed.

I'm really only talking about 3-9 month turns, like the one signalled in late September of last year. Unfortunately, I agree with you that this will not soon be over. The saddest thing will be when those folks with old time and traditionally balanced portfolios are on the street. I hope it doesn't happen.

IIA numbers came in basically unch'd over last week. Not good, not good at all.
