Right, he'll be going down just like ken Lay et al. Were the execs at PGE brought to bear for paying themselves millions in bonuses an hour before declaring bankruptcy. Do you see the inequity here? If you did something fraudulent in your company, not that you would, but say you did, you'd go to jail for years. What's the lesson here? If you're going to steal, steal millions, then crybaby when the company goes bankrupt because you won't be able to steal millions more.
