Well I did not analyse the case in detail as to their methods. The governments use the law in general, for their good and the political good of like points of view. In that they are no different than the acquisitive Plantagenets.

So it is a means not an end. And its end is to do what good pleases the people who have power. The way to fight the system is to avoid having to fight it. This is not easy I will grant. It is unwise to let too much political power, or financial control get too concentrated. This is what happned when they moved the CDNX to BC. It made no sense to take a street market, and transplant it. Whose idea was that? Surely it could not have come from Toronto or the dealers here. Worse still is too much good done by a putative lib. controlled Federal Securities commission seeking to root out motherhood cases to fend off all evil and get people playing their games.
