Justa, Here's an excerpt on the VIX (this morning). Assume you would agree?

"...Although the CBOE Market Volatility Index (VIX) gapped higher on today's dreaded open, the measure of investor fear failed to eclipse the June 14 high of 36.01 and rapidly pulled back toward session low. Currently the high and low on the index is 35.28/33.48. Unless the markets cascade lower and push this fear gauge into higher territory, we may have missed another opportunity for a major capitulation, which would be required to lay the groundwork for a market base. But the day is still young and the Federal Open Market Committee has an announcement scheduled for 2:15 p.m. Most sectors are under water this morning, with the exception of Gold stocks and the safe haven of the past; Drug issues...."
