Z your problem is you just don't get and probably never will. You really need to think for yourself and not blindly follow the list of slain bottom fishers dipping their toes into the acidic, poisonous bath water of tyc.

I don't need to do any research to tell you what is the best course of action for tyc: they need to re-organize and re-define their business over the next few decades. Bankruptcy allows this to occur and also allows them to evaporate a huge pile of debt. My only hope is that the Maine People's Alliance completes their lawsuit (against Mallinckrodt) and damages are determined before tyc has a chance to go belly up.
