I gather I am the only one on this thread that likes the current president You're not the only one. I am, (or at least was), a died-in-the-wool, life-long, yellow-dog, third-generation Democrat -- until Bill-the-Shill Clinton showed me the light. The Shrubster was the first non-Democrat I've ever voted for, and I couldn't be happier. I get a real kick out of all the folks who seem to think the President should just wave a magic wand and make all our economic troubles disappear. Guess what folks, it took Clinton & Gore and their Merry Band of Whores eight years to create this mess, so it ain't gonna go away overnight.
