(to me, anyway; maybe you're part of a school of thought?; I haven't read much about criminology recently) I haven't read much about criminology and claim no particular knowledge of it. If what I said is part of a school of thought, I never heard of it. It was something I conjured up on my own from an outline of the practical requirements, which are to make the victim as whole as possible and to protect society from criminals, neither of which the present system does well. I enjoy noodling about systems and how they might be redesigned. I'm glad you found it of some value.
