SYTE DD UPDATE PART

Q (sultan) Is it still one of your goals to pursue a NASDAQ or Amex company as a means to get off the OTCBB?
Q (Elsie) I thought you’d mentioned qualifying on your own rather than a reverse merge?
A I would prefer to qualify on our own. But, in that process, I will continue to explore other opportunities. I can tell you that I have already passed on a couple such opportunities. They would have been good for me, but not for our small shareholder.

Q (sultan) Is the content division growing and does that remain a focus of the company?
A Yes, Sitestar Applied Tech continues to grow. Visit www.sitestarapplied.net for an overview of our services. This is a tougher segment of business for us. We pursue growth here, but the growth is rarely as financially rewarding as growth in the access business.

Q (sultan) Any thought of another spin-off of that division? You seem to have a knack for finding a good shell and making money off of it ala PAHI.
A Yes, if we can make that same level of return, we certainly will pursue it.

Q (Kurt) Why didn’t the TVGE spin-off go through?
A We had an opportunity to make $250k in the sale of that shell, which we used to redeem the CD. I thought it was a better decision for our shareholders.

And everybody was thanking SCJ for his answers and his time;
