Please read and then REREAD REFR's latest newsletter which clearly and methodically describes Mr. Saxe's remarks made at the AM. The company has CLEARLY entered a new phase of activity designed to facilitate
the commercialization of its SPD technology.

Saxe's strategy of procuring raw materials for the potential amnufacturers of the SPD film is brilliant as are the refinements and fine tuning as well as additional innovations that are being made
regarding the film. All of this will serve as incentives for the
relevant companies to mass produce the film. Once this happens
commercialization of the technology's multiple applications is just around the corner.

The beauty of the situation is that REFR will NOT have to expend any
signficianct capital for all of this to occur...they will just be
collecting fees from their licensees.

Too, the company's financial position is such (no debt, great current ratio) that it can be patient in negotiating the best possible deals; there is no real pressure to make one jus for the sake of "survival."

Mr. Saxe has demonstrated this consistently(for e.g. not giving exclusivity, etc.).
