After all if Ken Lay is guilty he shouldn't go to prison, right ? Why not let him keep the $100 M++ in ILLEGAL GAINS since that will send a message to corporate America. I guess we shouldn't worry about Skilling or Fastow either...Lets just leave the enforcement up to Ashcroft and Bush...=)
