It is hard to conceive how this stock remains even at .05 per share with the specter of 300 million more shares coming down the pipe. For that matter, it is hard to imagine that this company is still in business given it's history of large year after year losses and no revenues to speak of. Yes, I agree with the analysis that the loan from Murdock and Dudley looks to be a guaranteed free deal for them, assuming the company doesn't die. If it does, I don't see that the intellectual property is worth anything. I am not convinced.
