Expertise: Announces Acquisition of Groupe Genitique Inc.

COGNICASE Inc. (TSX: COG, NASDAQ: COGI), an

acquisition of Saguenay-based Groupe Genitique Inc., a computer
and engineering services company.
Groupe Genitique's consultants serve the manufacturing management
and engineering markets. The company's engineering division
specializes in energy production and high-voltage as well as
automation and instrumentation control, which bridges the gap
between computing and engineering. The computer group provides
manufacturing management, technology infrastructure and solutions
development services.
This acquisition reinforces COGNICASE's commitment to serving its
