I think we do, cause we take no action! If the mafioso were investing in stocks, we would at least see a few (using your words) "hanging by a belt with their feet off the ground".

How can we enroll the mafioso? We need them badly I have become a firm believer in vigilante justice. I think they need to pick on Martha Stewart. The problem with laws is that they don't get enforced on the 'well connected'.

I wonder if Jim McMannis is listening? ...humble carl
