June 26 — Stocks sagged on Wednesday, pressured by news of a massive accounting scandal at WorldCom that is perhaps the biggest in history. Wall Street showed little reaction to the Federal Reserve’s decision, passed down at 2:15 p.m. ET, to leave a key interest rate unchanged.
I don't think we'll have a "real" rally until all the accounting scandals are out in the open.
That could take another couple of years.
