ENE and others lobbied for deregulation of the utilities in CA WHILE at the same time devising stratagies for screwing people like me in CAL.

Do you know how many good decent small business people lost their businesses in San Diego simply because of energy costs that were manipulated???

SCREW ENE, SCREW LAY and the rest of the pack. It remains up to a jury whether or not to throw their asses in jail but I can say now, screw em.
