Cary, Re:I would LOVE to get 0.8 AMAT shares for SVGI shares. Wouldn't the ratio be more like 0.5 or 0.6? I cannot see AMAT, shrewd as they are in business, paying such a premium even if the fit would be perfect. Stranger things have happened though. BK
