I didn't read that, but do get the feeling Laz is not thinking OFTB on this subject <g>, and if it's up to him, we'll have more and more of the same, assuaging his inner need for revenge if not reducing crime a whit. Though Laz is for decriminalizing drug use. That would free up a lot of cops and funds. Who knows what else would happen, though. What is your opinion about that? P.S. I don't want to be understood as condescending to the impulse for personal revenge. I am just discussing what the state should, imo, be up to, and to what ends.
