I never said THAT! he would curtail the appeals process that has been designed to reduce wrongful executions And does wonders for the employment of the lawyer class. And often seems to be really nothing but a delaying tactic by the DP opponents. Who don't care the the sucker is innocent as a babe or guilty as all sin, THEY JUST DO NOT WANT HIM EXECUTED! Period. And will spend any amount of other people's money to get their way. Is that a fair summary? :-) Have I been accurate, Laz? Not entirely. Laz, how about Miranda? You against it? Do you think the Supremes were wrong in saying that it is juries, not judges, who should decide on death or life, Laz? Either way. I don't care. Is that OK?
