Pursued for as long as it takes is most likely what you'll see. Clinton's actions ruined the criminal justice system, a system that had been rendered weak already, thanks to the American left. The rebuilding of that system will take years, so we must-as Americans always have in situations like this-go around it.
I suggest, while we are waiting, a national blacklist, nominated by the president and informally approved by a sense of the Congress vote. The list would carry no sanctions, but would be published prominently every month. The public, thus informed, would then have to make their own decisions. If anyone on the list was ever hired by a publicly-traded company for any position, including janitor for instance, one could expect a huge drop in the stock price of that company. The same stigma could be applied to civic organizations, schools and universities where they may have wanted to send their kids, country clubs, and neighborhoods. The slammer time could come when it comes, but the exclusion of the crooks, their trophy whores, and their issue from all decent society could begin now, and remain for a life time.
Unfortunately, whenever someone qualifies for exclusion from decent society, they usually find refuge in the Democratic party-where they become part of a warm brotherhood of misfits like themselves. So there are obviously some bugs to be hammered out of this idea... |
