And here I thought it was the rise of fascism and the protection this affords criminal co-incidentalists.

Excuse me while I puke on the notion that the "bubble" was a spontaneous creation of a guy who couldn't make a failed real estate deal into a decent scandal. But got Right Wing fanatics to spend $70,000,000 to find out that someone lost $30,000.

That was a brilliant use of the public's money. I have to admit.
