I think Jerome is correct in his management concept, however. ORCL is in a trading range. It has great upside potential, but it isn't happening YET.
In the meantime, playing the options is a good way to squeeze a few extra bucks from this (current) lemon.

Each time ORCL has pierced its upper Bollinger Band, it has fallen back. The Stochastics are oversold. The 20 day EMA is about 8. Selling a call or two now can allow him to pocket a few hundred bucks in a week or two.
