Yesterday was overdone, but I think there are understandable reasons for the action<g>. This company has a great opportunity to be a leader in it's space but the proof will be in their ability to execute. I hate the fact that 800 million in goodwill was transferred from CNXT onto the new company's balance sheet. Subtracting this incredibly inflated asset, there's only a couple of dollars per share in equity here but they do sell their products to a relatively stable niche, the cellphone industry. The bottom line for me is: can current management continue to have an effect R+D department that isn't a complete and total drag on the company? They must find the efficiency and synergies quickly since this sector has plenty of tough competition.
