Are you claiming that you can predict short term market movements? If yes, why don't you make a few predictions and everyone can judge it over, say, the next 20 minutes or whatever interval you choose?

BTW, you are too smart to accept IRS definitions for investment horizons. Don't insult your intelligence just to carry on an argument.

Finally, trading derivatives is a way to the poorhouse for most, as it is a negative sum game after spread and commissions. Trouble is, people remember their gains and forget their loses. Which is what brokers make a living of, I guess.
