Your right, the market does beat 90% of the active investors right out of their money. Goes to money heaven. No, I don't always pick winners. Sometimes strong hands works against you. I would not trade the education I've received from taking an interest in the financial markets for anything. I'm richer for it even without the money I've made. The inter-relationships of the global markets, 24 hours a day is too educational to ever give up for indexing. Dollar cost averaging in a bull market works. Duh.
