I suspect how the Al-Qaida Plan of Action will be carried out is as follows.

1. Sept 11, 2001 was a jab to the head, to say. " I'm here"

2. Electronic warfare, to wear the US Economy down with continues body blows
Its cheap, effective, low cost, low risk
You see this already in the markets.

3. Then after about 5-7 years, once the Dow goes to 2500 - 3500 and the US currency goes to the crapper,
Bio-Terrorism will hit. I suspect it will begin with Smallpox and it will begin in California through ventilation systems and water supplies. Why California you say? Its easier to move around and plant the virus and besides the obvious distruction, lots of media exposure " Hollywood ".

But remember, despite what the media tells you... The Al-Qaida is just a symbol.... I suspect The Al-Qaida is made up of most nationalities around most parts of the World.
