She is busted for sure, if that is the way it happened . Because she did admit to talking to Waksal that day and I bet the Merrill brokers will say there wasn't a stop after all. What was actually discussed on that phone call is irrelevant now, since she has already been caught lying. Who would believe her?. Plus Waksal got all his family members to sell one day before the news came out....c-mon...

She just needs to admit it, ask for foregiveness, get slapped on the wrist and move on. What would really hurt her is she ends up going to trial and gets convicted.
